We bought this hay for our very fussy guinea-pig Toffee. I was worried that he was not eating enough hay (it is essential for their digestion) and wanted a tasty hay that had good fibre but that was low in calcium. After looking at many different types on Amazon, this seemed to fit the bill so I ordered it. It arrived promptly in a big box and Toffee immediately came out to investigate once I put it in his cage (he is an indoor pig), tempted, no doubt, by the lovely fresh grassy smell. The hay was a big success and he munches happily through it. He particularly likes the seedy grass tops in it and happily roots them out. The only problem is the continual munching noise distracts my husband when he is working from home and is on a conference call (Toffee shares his office!). But its a lovely fresh hay with plenty of long stems and just seems to consist of grass (no weeds).

This hay is the best😍 it always arrives super quick and it’s the best quality hay I’ve seen. There’s no dust, it always comes with a little note, the freshness is always amazing and my bunnies love the taste, I would 100% recommend this hay to everyone🐰

By a mile the best hay I have ever come across! Absolutely five stars. As you can see Wasabi couldn’t even wait for me to fill the hay truck before pinching some straight from the box!Each and every single stem is green which means my boys eat all of the hay i put out, instead of picking through brown hay to get the fresher stuff. I fill up their hay truck and it’ll be empty by the evening which never used to happen! What’s more is it smells great, and my fluffies start wheeking as soon as they see the box appear. Will certainly buy again, delivery was faster than predicted too :)

I bought the hay for my rabbits and it is better than any pet shop hay, however it's very soft and dusty compared to other hay companies I've bought from where there was a mix of soft and hard stems for my rabbits. I won't be buying again.

Excellent quality, fresh and green, far superior to any pet shop hay I’ve found. Our Guinea pigs seem to love it - Anna couldn’t wait for me to fill up their hay boxes she jumped up and started her feast! Good value when bought in large boxes and on subscription - I’m hoping this box will last our 6 girls about a month or so, fingers crossed!

Very expensive hay that was no different from the other Timothy hay we have been getting for half the price, if anything it is worse. Dry, dusty and partly brown, usually we get hay that is 100% green, but theirs has also also dry and dusty recently. So we changed it up and spent twice the money for a lesser product.Promises even the fussiest rabbit will eat it, didn't work for ours.AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM HAY SCAM HAYNot sure what has happened recently but hay quality is low. Could be seasonal, but the price should reflect the quality and recently it has been poor, particularly if you consider the price they are charging and that is why it is 1 star because they can't afford to be making mistakes, or we can't afford for them to make such mistakes.

I purchased the hay before from small pet direct and was happy but thought I'd try somewhere else and can only say nope to that stuff which said it was timothy hay. So back to this quality hay that my two guinea pigs love and will stick with it now. The hay is well packaged, fresh and quick delivery
