Great arm and wrist exercise
I certainly takes a lot of practice. I haven't been able to keep it spinning long enough to get and beneficial exercise from it but I am still trying.

Grip fix.
I have found the gyro ball not only usefull, but fun. Each piece does the job.

Good for beginners
I have been playing guitar for 25 years, so I didn't need these. I was interested in the gyro ball, which is interesting, but I don't know how well it really improves anything for me. However, I started teaching guitar recently and I gave a student the other grip and strength training items and it helped her improve her fretting and overall grip of the guitar neck after a few weeks. I think these tools are useful for beginners, buy anyone who has been playing for a while wouldn't get any use out of most of this kit.

Parts broken within 5 minutes of use - Dangerous
Internal parts started breaking off within 5 minutes of use. Somewhat dangerous as internal parts on the Gyro wheel broke off at high speed.

broken when delivered
The internal spring that starts the rotation after winding the inner gyro up until it stops failed to cause any rotation, I think either the spring was broken or missing when I received the ball. I could not even get the inner gyro to spin by application of a rotating force. Just junk.
