Is not food grade . Add some in foot baths fir relaxing or in bath tub to relax muscles . Is very good for health . But please don't ingest it is not food .

Q: how much of the flakes would i add to say a 500 ml bottle

Pour enough flakes into a large measuring jug to reach the 300 ml mark and add 300ml HOT water, stir to dissolve, allow to cool . You will then have the correct concentration and enough solution to fill say a 500ml bottle with some left over.
