Supplement for older women
My doctor recommended that I try this for post menopausal symptoms. It did seem to alleviate some of the symptoms I was having with sleep but I also lowered my caffeine intake so that could have helped as well. The pills are easy to swallow and the packaging in the brown bottle helps keep them fresh longer. I would recommend this brand.

It works so well with my periods! My cramps are so much better, my moods are better my breast aren’t so sore and the best is that I’m not heavy as much as I was before I started taking this oil.
