Comfortable and affordable with just the right amount of light arch support
Comfortable and affordable with just the right amount of light arch support. Fits perfectly into walking shoes and trainers in place of original insole.

No soreness or blisters, must be good
I have had these in my walking boots for a while now, which I wear almost all day every day for work. They are pretty comfortable but not as cushty as I was expecting them to be with them being gel, they’re still pretty hard and I was looking for something a little softer on my feet. They do offer good support and I have never had a blister whilst using them. I do at least 10k everyday being a dog Walker and usually go on a long 30k hike most weekends so they’re holding up pretty great

Good for active sports, used in netball trainers
Used to replace compressed insole that were in an otherwise good pair of netball trainers. Daughter loves them, made an instant difference in revitalised support and impact absorption

Not the best structure or support
They're probably OK for moderate activities and walking. But they're not performance insoles at all - pretty thin with a loose structure and less support in the heel cushion than other brands. I have used FootActive insoles and found those were much more supportive and structured so I'll probably go back to them. These Scholl ones were also harder to get into my shoe in the first place due to being floppier. A bit disappointed with these.

Very comfortable
Currently suffering with a Morton’s Neurona and unable to put much weight through the ball of my right foot. These were a good fit for my trainers and once trimmed down to fit exactly, were very very comfortable. I have since ordered another pair.

Nearly perfect for my Berghaus walking boots
Bought these to replace my old Berghaus Ortholite insoles which are very worn (see photo). I am flat footed, have small ankles and bunions on both feet. I need the replacement insoles to also offer good arch support and foot cushioning. Trimming the new Scholl insoles is straight forward using the old insole as a template (as advised). The new insoles fit well inside my walking boots. I like the cushioning in and cupping around my ankles. I found the firm gel pad in the new Scholl insoles a little hard and the ball of my feet could do with a bit more cushioning. To resolve this, I first line my walking boots with another pair of gel insole (see photo) and then put the newly trimmed Scholl insoles on top. This is now perfect. I can feel my feet supported and am looking forward to the next hike.
