These are veryyyyy good quality. They look sleek and are very lightweight. The grip is pretty good for being a bare metal surface. The grips are cut just right to fit snug in the hand. I really like the clip for the waist band rather than a loop holder so they can be worn on practically anything. They lock tight inside the holster and will not move, even if they shift around they have a string attached that prevents them from going anywhere. Very good product for the price!

Good durable set of pliers. These clip into the PFD I wear kayaking and are always handy. The cord and carabiner clip have already saved me from buying a new pair a few times. These work great for cutting line (even braid) and removing deep set hooks. Plus they clean up easy. I've used them to push hooks into stink bait and a couple quick swishes in the water and they're good as new and ready to go back in the holder.

Great pliers up to about a 4/0 hook. If you try and use them on large hooks you will bend them, you will need stainless steel pliers. I like that after time you can remove and sharpen the anvil for cutting line, just remember to align them when you reinstall them. Over all happy with this purchase.

Solid pliers, definitely worth the money. Very light yet strong with forged jaws, perfect for hanging on the shorts without sagging them.

I really appreciate a good set of pliers when fishing, especially light weight aluminum ones in saltwater. Can't seem to find my old ones. (Oh well...) These pliers are "feature rich" at a great price point. As good as really, really expensive one's... maybe? Look, I am not planning on leaving these as an ancient heirloom to future generations of my progeny - just using them for my needs while on the water. They actually are well made from solid materials. And no... I won't be using them to pry open steel doors or removing lug nuts on a truck in a pinch. I'll just be using them as fishing pliers in a reasonable manner. I believe they are fine. I like 'em!

Needed to replace my older aluminum pliers. They worked ok but never felt good in the hand. I have large hands and my old pliers simply didn't fit right. in addition, they had smooth handles with little grip and I was having trouble keeping them in my hand. I'm very pleased with my new Piscifun aluminum fishing pliers! The finger molds in the handle and cool ergonomic design really helps in gripping the pliers. The Piscifun pliers feel comfortable and light in the hand. They give me the confidence of a secure grip which puts my mind at ease on rough water. It's a huge bonus the Piscifun pliers come with a very effective coiled lanyard and snap ring. The pliers come with a medium heavy sheath with a reinforced lanyard hole in the top and belt loop on the back. The lanyard on the pliers fits very nicely into the hole near the top of the sheath. Cool Idea and works great. I use a Velcro strap through the belt loop on the back of the sheath to attach the sheath to my seat pedestal. It's convenient, works great and keeps me from accidentally dropping my new pliers overboard. With my old pliers the carbide cutters dulled after a year and I could no longer cut braid with them. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Piscifun aluminum pliers had fully replaceable tungsten carbide cutters. It's about time what a great idea. I've found the tungsten carbide cutters on my piscifun pliers to be extremely sharp. The cutters work great for both braid and mono. The pliers are spring loaded which really helps with keeping the pliers open while holding on to a big fish with one hand. The pliers jaws have great grip and appear to be stainless steel. They have been excellent for spit rings and removing deep hooks. Overall I'm very pleased with these fishing pliers. I've decided to get a second pair for the back of the boat. Highly recommended.

Ive used these pliers quite a few times now. Initially bought them for my saltwater slow pitch jigs. The jigs is use attach to split rings. The pliers felt good in hand and initially I thought they were built pretty good. Using the split ring tip was a pain as it doesnt open it up enough without me forcing the jig opening against the ring. Braid cutters were excellent. Cuts braid like butter. This last weekend I used them as actual pliers to remove a hook from a fish. I got a sturdy grip on the hook and the fish flopped around a bit and ended up bending my pliers. After that happened I was unable to use the split ring tip again so I was stuck the rest of the trip using the same jig. Ended up having to throw them away because they bent so bad even the braid cutter was no longer useful. Not a bad set just not as durable as I had thought and the split ring tip could use some work.

They feel GREAT - Yes, they really do !! Comfortable in my hand 🖐 6'1" & solid, and in my wife's hand 🖐 5'4" small hand 🤗 we bought 2. They're as light as a feather. I squeezed hard with NO flexing unlike so many other pliers, the alloy really is solid. The cutters are precise, they're an "anvil" style - blade onto a flat surface, with a positive feel and they cut beautifully. Over time we will see how they continue. You are supposed to be able to get new blades, hence the inclusion of the allen key, but I don't know where to get them. I bought from Amazon, at a great price AU $. I don't see the need to get new blades anytime soon though. I would not cut wire trace, and they don't recommend that either. Overall, these feel & look good, I expect they will be fine for a weekend fisherman like me and will last for years. Tight Lines ⚟ Ted

Wanted to love this product so much. The tool itself is honestly awesome, but I had to modify my review from 5 starts to 3 as the cord just snapped off on the 3rd fishing trip I used it and can no longer be clipped to my vest or pants.
