A nicely-illustrated short introduction
Really useful book.Very short - easy to refer to.Briefly goes over how Sensory Processing Disorder can affect each sensory system.Could do with more strategies for managing sensory considerations. This is why I bought it and it contains very few.Good use of pictures and the sections are well spaced.Quick easy read.Good introduction for someone needling a little, but not too much, information.Something with more detail would be better for a professional.Should be cheaper than £10.

Sensory Strategies for parents and educators of children with ASDs
Excellent resource. All practical ideas that can be safely trialled while waiting for a health authority to decide whether to appoint a specialist OT to see their hundreds of children in need of a specialist assessment. Your child might be in college before that happens so just jump right in and see if any of these ideas help.

An essential resource
This book is brilliant and an essential resource for both parents and anyone who works with someone with Autism. It's got some great strategies. I've recommended the book to the SENCO at my sons school who is going to get a copy.
