Having hives/urticaria since 10 years. Nothing works but this helps me better than steriod. I tried now food quercetin too but does not work for me but this is miracle for me. I am on my 2nd bottle.

I have tried a number of brands of this supplement. By far this is the best till now.

I haven't observed any effect on my body after having consumed it for 3 months.Will continue for some more time as a trial.

This brand, somehow didn’t work for me. I tried from a foreign brand know as forest leaf after a lab test of the percentage of quercetin content it works really well.

I began taking Quercetin over a year ago to counter the high histamine reaction my body has to many many foods. The response my body has within an hour is my hands literally shred open from tip to my wrist with mini cuts which can become incredibly deep and ridiculously painful! My hands stay like this continuously unless I don't eat, which I try not to do till later in the day so my hands can heal from the previous days' meals. The ONLY thing I have found which depending on the food will minimize the reaction or can potentially stop it altogether has been the quercetin. I still have to avoid all caffeine in any event. This particular brand is incredibly potent. As I know this product is not highly regulated I take the least amount possible to combat my bodies' reaction.
