Amazing! Fixed my cars problem!
It was listed as not fitting my car but i went for it anyway as i knew this is the 1 i needed. Apart from that it works perfectly and my cars now reading the temperature properly.

Perfect!
Ideal fit for my 2004 Octavia, I didn't think I'd need the replacement clip but snapped my old clip so glad this came with a new one.

Fitting is a pain.
This was for my 1999 Audi A6 4.2 Quattro. The depth is just slightly too deep for it to fit into the recess easily and get the plastic clip to slide into the locating holes and hold the sensor in place. It’s poor manufacturing not allowing for the means of installation. It fitted eventually but only after some delicate filing of the sensor body to reduce its height. At least it worked once installed!

Quality German product, complete with o-ring and circlip.
I bought this sensor to replace the one installed in my Passat 1.8T (with an AWT engine) by my garage. The old one worked OK but they had installed it badly, resulting in a leak from the o-ring. This replacement was cheap and it came complete with a new o-ring and circlip - an advantage in case I dropped the existing circlip because it's in an awkward location. The sensor is made in Germany and looks identical to my original. If you have a Passat 1.8T I strongly recommend watching the YouTube video. I also removed the PCV valve (positive crankcase ventilation) to improve access. Make sure the old o-ring comes out, if not carefully lever it out then clean the seat. When you insert the new sensor it helps to lubricate the o-ring with a little antifreeze to avoid it twisting. Finally be careful not to drop the circlip - it will be a pig to find it!This solved the leak, thank goodness! Another garage bungle resolved.

Works as expected! Great price
I bought the same sensor last year, same brand, from a reputable parts dealer for about £20. So this was a fantastic deal and works exactly as expected, new O ring and clip included in the price was a nice touch too. 5*
