Excellent quality and taste and super long term storage. Mountain House freeze dried food is what the other freeze dried foods companies try to copy and fail at and the Lasagna is great. Easy preparation as well.

Can came in undented with no rust and lid is secure. I count on the quality of Mountain house. As a serious "put a wayer" for hard times I rate Mountain House tied for 1st Place.
