375g Vuplex High Gloss Cleaner Doors Glass Mirrors Granite

I bought to use on my high-gloss kitchen units and a it work very well. I have since used on a gloss black piano, and TV's and it stops the static and keeps the dust free for ages; previously they would need dusting far too often. BEWARE - Protect hard floors when spraying as it will make them dangerously slippy; I use an old towel where this could be an issue and problem solved.

Having just moved into a new flat with gloss units I found marks on the units that looked liked someone had taken a rubber and scribbled across two of them. There were also some fine scratches and a couple of deeper ones. Sort of thing you don't inspect/notice when buying a new property. I not knowing how to clean gloss units dived straight in as you do and took a sponge and tried to clean actually scrubbing one bit to see if I could remove the mark but making it worse! Anyway having looked up how to clean gloss units albeit shutting the gate after the horse has bolted, I found reviews for this product quite promising. Yes it does seem a little pricy but then so are kitchen units! I got two microfibres cloths and sprayed a unit wiped it off with one then buffed it up with the other cloth. First impression....well it certainly made them gleam and the smell is rather pleasant and although there are lots of warnings that go with the product re health I have had no adverse reaction to the product even though I did not wear gloves etc. At this point I have been over the units twice a day for three or four days and gradually I have found that the marks that were there have diminished to the point where they are hard to find. The light scratches are hardly noticeable too although the deeper ones are still there and you can feel them and see them if you stand at a certain angle. Also, being in a new flat and I haven't quite decided on where to keep cleaning products for upstairs and down, but today my glass cleaner was upstairs, well I had this in my hand and thought I would give it a go on a couple of Windows and a glass coffee table. Although I think it would be an expensive window cleaner they have come up a treat and may be worth it if they stay cleaner longer acting like an anti static cleaner. So far so good am really pleased, actually delighted at the results of my kitchen units.

Works really well and brings my doors and sills up a treat. Still needs a liberal dose of elbow grease though.

Product not particularly cheap but does an excellent job on removing scratches on a number of different surfaces.Used to remove scratches from Caravan windows.

Bought this after recently having a high gloss black kitchen installed. Even after JUST stripping off the protective plastic from the doors, (and waiting until all construction work was finished)the kitchen units were already getting covered in tiny micro scratches just from the dust settling on them. Even using a new clean microfiber cloth to gently dust them seemed to be leaving swirly marks and scratches, and I was really starting to panic after having spent a small fortune on a brand new kitchen.I had already bought the UNIKA cleaner, and although it does leave the units shiny, I can't really see a difference in the scratches.So after reading the reviews for VuPlex, I figured I would try it out.It actually has made a marked difference in some of the swirl marks and light scratches on the units, repeated applications and buffing very gently with a clean microfiber cloth seems to reduce the scratches each time and I am hoping that eventually they will be polished more or less out. It also seems to repel dust for a while.A word to the wise for anyone thinking of getting a gloss kitchen (especially black) - be aware that you WILL see every single speck of dust, scratch and swirl (especially in direct sunlight in the early morning), and that you WILL be cleaning this a lot. NEVER ever use kitchen roll, tea-towels, sponges or even 'soft' cloths on the units. They may feel soft but on a microscopic level they are abrasive to gloss finishes. NEVER use glass cleaner, furniture polish or other cleaners (they contain chemicals that over time will dull and ruin the gloss finish). Only use a spotlessly clean microfiber cloth and this cleaner to minimise swirls and scratches and leave a protective coating on the doors.I have also used the VuPlex on my new black glossy fridge freezer and it has brought it up nicely, have yet to use it on my stainless steel oven, extractor hood and appliances or mirrors, but I will be giving that a go too!.In summary, highly recommended as a treatment for gloss kitchen units and an anti static measure to minimise dust.
