Superb scooter
So comfortable to sit on. Very easy to use and can dismantle for the car. The chassis and battery can be a bit heavy to lift but I’m only 5foot and can manage it. Excellent value for money with interchangeable colours. It’s given me back my freedom.

Terrible
After a disgusting delivery experience from Mobiquip, now, in less than two weeks of occasional use the fro t wheel bearings have failed and we will have to fit replacements ourselves.Do not buy this product and do not buy from Mobiquip.

Good quality scooter I have been out on it a few times. Next task is to work out the best way of getting it in the car as it's a bit heavy!

Mobility scooter
Love the scooter little bit nipper than my last one plus has a light love the handle /tiller I can't catch my coat on the handles now and go flying backwards knocking into people (not deliberately) the only trouble I had was it being delivered I was given a date for delivery by the company but the carrier TNT were useless never kept to any of the company dates but I must say the lady at the company was fantastic and was constantly getting in touch with TNT so did eventually get it so thank you lady at fanetic wellbeing (sorry I forgot your name)

cannot be used on public transport or any motobolised vehicle and is not eligible for a return
It is Ok to move around indoor if your house has large space or outdoor but you cannot use it on public transpot or any motobolised vehicle so I have to return it. It took me 2 weeks to convince the seller to send me a return label. By the way this item is not eligible for a return by amazon so you have to contact the seller and it is a long exhausting procedures I have not finished this return yet.
