Q: It is written rustproof feature. Is it normal that after 11 months rust is building up? I bought 3 and 2 are like that.

try cleaning the area you are using with white vinegar to ensure no grease. Dont worry the smell soon goes. Make sure the cups are on the flat surface not the lines between. Mine have been up for 18 months, full baskets no problems.
