Nice quality easy to install
Does what it should even though I don’t enjoy using it. But that’s not down to the product itself. Easy to install and good adjustment. Soft foam for feet and ankles. Good product. Good seller. Fast delivery at a nice price. Go for it, make your life a little bit harder and make your stomach ach for days 👍🏻

Great sit up bar.
This product allows you to do sit ups without needing a big bench or workout area. The price is great and it fits on the bottom of the door easily. I would recommend for supporting your feet for sit ups.

Gives a great and easy ab workout, 30 second setup
Been using this for a few weeks, it's decent and makes doing sit-ups on almost any door simple and easy. Would highly recommend

Fitness Health FH DOOR SIT UP BAR
I always hurt my back doing sit-ups. This helps me concentrate on using my core and legs to pull myself up not the top of my back/shoulder. Easy to put on to the bottom of a door. It doesn't really width of the door as it can change the size with the screw.
