Have been using this for a month and It cooks well, fan is quite silent. One observation is that basket size is big enogh for two bread slices and the air circulation from below is little less. You just need to toss the stuff once in between the cooking time. Everything I have cooked has turned up well. For the price I paid it is a very good value and a high quality product.

I purchased the Bergner dual air fryer a year ago, and it has already stopped working – quite disappointing for an appliance expected to last much longer. (My old Philips air fryer lasted more that 5 years . )The technician took almost a week to visit & I was informed that the motherboard was the issue. To make matters worse, after reaching out to the company, they informed me that the part could not be repaired. This leaves me with a useless piece of junk in my house – not only a waste of money but also highly unsustainable. The company’s after-sales service is seriously lacking; they are very poor at responding to emails, and their overall support is quite frustrating. I would not recommend this product, nor would I buy from this company again.

Quick delivery - recd the product within 2 days. Pricing - at par with Philips and other airfryers in the market. This has a higher capacity compared to other brands. Hence value for money Product - this is my 3rd airfryer. The 1st two were gifts and hence didn't have a choice. I bought this due to the size and dual tray option. You can make 2 seperate dishes at the same time. I haven't yet used this for elaborate recipes. Tried basic items like French fries, finger food and cupcakes. Made cup cake and french fries at the same time in separate trays. Got a stamp of approval from my French fry lover son. I made the French fries with literally no oil - great for preparing oil free snacks. Best airfryer available in the market today.

I brought the machine with great expectation, but even after a month of purchase no after sales person has come or called for a demo. I am trying on my own but will be good if we had the installation team coming in and explaining things to us.

Scratches over the product and cook book missing, It dosent looked like a fresh piece, Please don't buy this product functionality wise it's also not good.
