Not a bad product, smells lovely, and distributes nicely. A little product goes a long way, too much can make your hair greasy. However there are other products out there I find better and more cost effective.

Been Using For Years
Been using this product for years after a hairdresser used it on my hair. Just love it I use it as a finishing serum - it controls fly away hairs and gives your hair a light healthy sheen - only need a little so it lasts a really long time and doesn't make your hair heavy or sticky

Came without Pump !
Happy with the product but not how on the second order it came without a pump, which after looking at reviews would appear to be a reasonably common problem. No disrespect to the packer as I know they work hard for their pay, but surely it is quite obvious that there is a piece missing so WHY bother sending it out to the customer?! May get in touch with Goldwell to suggest that their items are boxed so that they cannot be sent out with obvious defects. Can only assume that there are pump heads floating around somewhere in the Amazon warehouse.

Unusable
Needed this for a function tonight but received it without a nozzle (as per so many previous reviews). Really thought this problem would have been sorted now but obviously people's complaints are not being taken seriously. Waiting to see if a nozzle can be sent separately and hoping to improvise for tonight, really not acceptable for a premium product.

No tenia mucha expectativa con este producto. Siempre se me enreda el pelo con mucha facilidad y tras la ducha me lo aplico y me deja el pelo súper suave y libre de nudo! Muy contenta con el producto. Y tiene un olor increíble
