I’m usually sceptical whenever I read reviews and comments here on Amazon. It is always good to filter harsh criticism related to minor things such as small damage to packaging, etc. It is also very important to read and filter reviews related to other factors such as the supplier/seller/manufacturer company size and our expectations from them. Considering all the above, here’s my review with regards to my King size Bed Frame (pine) purchase. I have made sections for this review so, if you’re that kind of person that doesn’t like lengthy texts & reviews, skip to the section below that interests you the most. BED FRAME The bed frame itself is a very solid wooden one that meets the standards and my expectations. It’s needless to say that all seller claims are exactly as advertised. Based on my requirements, it meets my requirements for a bed frame, and I must say that it’s beyond any expectation. You don’t need to do anything else apart from just assemble it and put it in your place of preference. As simple as that. Very sturdy, and it has managed to withstand a person like myself being, based on my BMI, overweight. No cracks and no weird sounds from the frame. ASSEMBLY Indeed, the bed frame comes in three packages. However, that makes no complication as all of them are properly defined and the assembly instructions are very clear and straightforward. Even myself being a person that rarely uses tools, I’ve found the whole process easy and within reasonable time. I just had a small multi-screw tool and the Allen/Hex key provided by the seller. No specific skills required, and you don’t have to be a handyman or a tradesperson to do it. DELIVERY – LOGISTICS I’ve read comments related to the delivery. Indeed, the first two packages came on time – no other delay. I’ve contacted the customer support, and they’ve assured me that they will follow up and will update me with regards to the third package delivery. The whole communication was excellent, and I was constantly being updated. Finally, the third package came on the next day, before lunch break. Personally, I don’t think that this is something to complain about. Nowadays, most of the delivery companies face challenges and I believe that we need to understand that some logistics might take a little bit more time while we sit at our homes or offices and wait. So, yeah…don’t lose your sleep over it. People are doing their best and put all their effort into delivering our orders. COST – VALUE FOR MONEY Initially, I was looking to buy this specific bed frame about 2-3 weeks prior to my order and was disappointed to find that the price has gone up. However, after doing a bit of research to the other companies with similar products I ended up to the conclusion that most of them, if not all, have increased their prices. So, I took some time and thought that this may be normal now. Indeed, it was (and probably still is). Inflation, recession, and the country's economy not in good shape now are among other factors to consider when you observe a price increase. I’m not saying that it’s a good thing and we need to get used to it. I’m sure the economy will get better, and things will improve. Until then, we need to consider that because due to all these factors, the manufacturers/sellers/suppliers need to keep up so that they can still be in the market. We are all trying to save money and that’s a good thing during these difficult times. But a £30 increase that makes it £10 more expensive compared to its competitors doesn’t mean that you should reject it. You’re buying a bed frame that we all want to last for a very long time. SELLER COMMUNICATION – RESPONSIVENESS Whatever doubts that I may have, have been cleared by the communication with the seller. They’re very responsive. It took them just under 15 minutes to respond to my Amazon message which I found very helpful. No delayed responses at all. Their approach, follow up and updates are outstanding. I think it's very important to support local or family businesses in the country. Despite various geopolitical, financial, and pandemic issues that we all may face, they’re keeping the whole procedure at a very high standard. At this point, I’d like to thank them for their support and wish them to thrive in the near future. Also, to the person that communicated with me, I’d like to additionally thank you, keep up the excellent work that you do (I don’t need to name you..you know who you’re). OVERALL They say action speaks louder than words…so, if it meets your requirements, don’t think about it. Just buy it!

Bed is so nice, feels very solid and aesthetically appealing. I did get someone to put it together for me and it seemed easy to do, instructions were very clear. Very comfortable sleep and happy with my purchase. I had initially included the assembly service provided by Fantastic Services/Amazon- and i would not recommend that as they cancelled with less than 12 hrs notice and the new date offered wasnt suitable.

Excellent Product i highly recommend wonderful finish easy build now want them to start making chest of drawers to match my white bed 😅 i have asked btw. The oak finish looks genuinely lovely in person — warm, clean. For the price, I feel like I got something that looks good and feels like it’ll last. The whole frame feels really steady — no creaks or wobbling at all. I had a genuinely good sleep on it. I felt supported and comfortable the whole night, which was a nice little confirmation that it was worth what I paid. Overall, it feels like a proper, reliable bed frame, and I’m really happy with it.

I don't think the finished article quite met my expectations. The oak finish just is not as nice as the picture, it's much redder. That said it's not that far off my existing true oak bed side tables. There's a number of unsightly plugged in knots on the frame, that seem to have been fixed after as they are not varnished. The frame was pretty easy to put up on my own, being an IKEA veteran. This is nowhere as involved. The half moon bolts are ingenious! It's a sturdy frame. No wobble or squeak. The slats all need screwing in, 72 screws on my super king. Hope I'm not moving out soon. Look, for a near £300 pine frame after the 20% discount, I can't complain. I was after low, wood, minimalist which I got, you can't really see much of it when the bed is made up.

Gorgeous and really stood the test of time. I am prone to breaking beds and this is now a year old and as sturdy as the day I assembled it. Really, really happy with it. The height is perfect for a deep mattress, though I don't recommend for a standard mattress as it will be really low (unless you like that) but my mattress is I think 36cm deep and it's perfect. Due to the mattress depth I'm not too sure I can comment on the support it gives my back when sleeping, but it takes a lot of pull to the headboard and bangs to the sides and it stands up to these tribulations. I think it's comfortable and very clique. The price is incredibly low for the quality. I definitely get a great night's sleep on it. The wood is sturdy and thick.

It's exactly what I wanted and exactly how I envisioned. The build quality is outstanding, brilliant value for money, looks/feels hand made, I like the little quirks to it and everything intuitively fits perfectly together, easy to assemble everything is logically where you would expect it, didn't even need to look at the manual, absolute solid piece of kit, would definitely recommend and will be ordering future items from Nodax, such a good find. Also the packaging was simple and well thought out too, whole thing was a breeze and I had a lot of fun building it. The wood smelt freshly cut, there was fine sawdust which was easily brushed away with a cloth and some polish, honestly this bed is pucker, highly recommend. Also kudos to Nodax for providing such an accurate CAD drawing on their website, it's a huge help and very accurate (I work in CAD myself). Keep up the good work.

I’m always wary of buying ‘flat-pack’ self-assembly furniture but it was exactly the right design and size so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did. The quality of the material and the ease in which it all fitted together was amazing. All the necessary nuts and bolts were there and it went together like a dream. The bed is sturdy, well made and looks great. I then went onto the company’s website and took a look at other things they sold and realised they also have under-bed storage drawers to match. I ordered two, one for each side. They ever have different lengths available to take into consideration bedside cabinets. I was impressed. The drawers came quickly and again, we’re extremely easy to put together and what’s more, were really sturdy. The base of the drawers are strong MDF not flimsy hardboard so they are good solid pieces with rollers on the bottom. I had a query with something and the owners were extremely helpful. What more could you want. I thoroughly recommend them and their furniture.
