The container arrived unsealed and without original packaging. It looks like the protection seal inside was also removed prior to sending and the product itself looks lower than it should be?

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hair mask... most importantly it actually conditions my hair and makes it feel silky and moisturized without feeling greasy or gummy!!! I got a sample of this and then bought the full container before the sample size was even finished. Just love how silky my hair is and the smell is so wonderful and not overpowering. Love washing my hair now.
