Reliable product. Easy to work with and cured a leak without the necessity of removing and replacing the hot water tank.

Used this on a metal tray that we were using as a bird bath to seal the holes , did a good job tape quality 4/5, sealability 4,..

Some dubious claims for this tape. Cannot seal if wet, loses its tackiness immediately. Parts need to be dry before application. I wouldn’t describe this as an adhesive tape, more of a mastic tape. The “adhesive” does not seem to cure over time. It is very tacky and sticks well, but not particularly high strength. Expect to see some creep under shear loading, particularly as it doesn’t cure. The tape does have a good thick layer of mastic, and the backing seems OK. Most useful if able to be applied to surfaces that are not too complex or contoured. Would be a better tape if it cured. As it is it’s more like chewing gum backed tape! Update after 4 months use: it’s clear the gum “adhesive” on this tape is VERY weak in shear. If anything pulls on the tape from the side it slides off after a few days. Even flex in the tape itself will make it slide. Very difficult to trust this tape. Seems great when you first stick it, but pretty poor a few days later. I’m left with the impression that the tape is being oversold. The only way I could get it to work was to stick gaffer tape over it to hold it in position. Reduced the rating to one star

Used to secure some blankets on Motorhome under tanks , really lovely tacky stickiness, and easy to cut which filled me with confidence that it will last and do the job holding these in place, and looks like a professional job now it’s completed. It’s expensive but worth it if your using for a waterproof location such as under the Motorhome.

The tape worked perfectly for sealing and repairs initially. However, after some time, the glue started shifting to one side, making continued use a bit tricky.

I live in Florida and this worked perfectly to keep flood waters out of my house during a hurricane. We'll worth the money as it saves all of my expensive electronics in my house.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente por la facilidad de manejo (ya que otros productos similares suelen tener una zona adhesiva que si te descuidas no te deja manejarlo bien). La he utilizado para sujetar el plástico de fibra de vidrio que he sustituido en unos tejadillos que protegen mis ventanas que venían en un principio con fibra de policarbonato pero que ha resultado ser una "caca" y se me ocurrió sustituirlo por otro producto pero que era más estrecho y entonces no se sujetaba bien en el rail de la marquesina(la fibra de vidrio que he puesto tiene 1mm y el hueco 6mm). Se me ocurrió que este producto por su anchura podría solucionarme el problema y así ha sido. Ha pegado muy bien en el ángulo de la marquesina y por supuesto ha pegado estupendamente en el canto de la fibra de vidrio. Me ha quedado un tejadillo resistente y gracias a esta cinta me he ahorrado un dineral que me pedían para sustituir el policarbonato. Y también la he utilizado para el borde de un tejadillo de placas de fibra de vidrio que al no tener mucha pendiente según como llovía y si lo hacía con viento el agua volvía hacia atrás y con esta cinta lo he resuelto. Muy contenta por la manejabilidad, adhiere bien (en mi caso insistí bastante después de colocarla frotando con un trapo para sacar posibles burbujas de aire y que todo quedara bien pegado), se corta sumamente fácil con cúter o tijera, la parte de aluminio se ve fuerte, me ha gustado muchísimo. Como única pega pondría que los cinco metros que indica la etiqueta no me han llegado de una pieza. Esto no es un problema porque se pega muy bien pero necesitaba una tirada larga y me sorprendió un poco cuando vi que el final de los cinco metros había un tramo que estaba cortado y tuve que empalmar. Sinceramente preferiría que llegara de una pieza entera pero a pesar de ese inconveniente es un producto magnífico. Este detalle sería suficiente para quitar una estrella pero le voy a dar cinco porque es un gran producto que te soluciona diversos problemas que surgen cuando nos gusta bricolear. De hecho me llegó el producto y lo gasté enseguida y al día siguiente compré otro rollo. MUY RECOMENDABLE...!!!
