Excellent training tool. Very happy with this purchase.
I’ve been using this for months now and it has held up very well. My dog learned what to do inside of about a week. Did not ever have to use the shock feature, which was surprising to me. I just use the beeping, followed by escalating to vibration if needed. Amazingly 99.9% of the time she responds to the beep with behavior change. My wife always extremely skeptical now loves this thing as well. Great training tool. We struggled for months without results and this collar changed everything very quickly.

Best Money I Ever Spent
I recently acquired a collar for our energetic Pitbull Terrier/Australian Shepherd mix, and it has truly transformed our training experience. Previously, we encountered considerable challenges during off-leash outings and potty time, as our dog would frequently dart away, making it difficult to control her. Having tried other methods like sound-only collars, I can confidently say that this collar has been the solution we needed. One of the standout features of this collar is its versatility, as it is fully adjustable to accommodate dogs of all sizes. Additionally, it offers three different settings: a high-pitched sound, vibration, and static (shock). I have found that using these settings sequentially, based on my dog's response, has been effective in reinforcing commands and encouraging positive behavior. For instance, when I call for her and activate the sound, it serves as an initial warning. If she doesn't respond, a gentle vibration gets her attention, and usually prompts her to come running. The static setting, which I have rarely had to use, has adjustable levels ranging from 1 to 99. I recommend staying within the lower levels, such as 10, to ensure a humane and comfortable experience for your pet.Concerned about the collar's safety and effectiveness, I took it upon myself to test the static setting on various levels, up to the maximum of 99. While it is certainly uncomfortable, I can assure you that it is not painful—an experience akin to a strong static electricity shock. Rest assured, the well-being and comfort of your furry friend is a top priority. If you find yourself on the fence, searching for a reliable and humane method to instill discipline in a challenging dog, I wholeheartedly recommend considering this collar. Its combination of sound, vibration, and static options, along with the adjustable settings, offers a firm yet compassionate approach to training. With this collar, you can establish better control and foster positive behavior in your beloved companion.

Excellent customer service !! Great Product - SAFE
I have been using this product for over and year now and I will say that I have NOT found anything that works as great as this - I have a 6 yr old Lab and I would not go a day without this product. The features are excellent and the most what i love about this is the safety Feature that it can be locked so that no accidental beeps / commands happen. I wrote an e-mail to company as the remote and collar was having issues connecting after an year use and they troubleshooted it right away by responding to my email and also send me a replacement product within days of the issue free of charge. I WILL GIVE THEM 10 stars for their costumer service. Please DO NOT look further if you are looking for a great command collar that will give you absolute peace of mind and safe for your pooches!!

Lock button failed so be careful
These don't last very long. I bought this one just over a year ago, and it now defaults to active even with the button in the locked position. This allows it to shock my dog while just sitting in my wife's purse.

It WORKS. 9 month update.
UPDATE 9 MONTHS IN: We have been very pleased with this unit, it still works as new, rechargable batteries last for weeks b4 needing a recharge. My dog is about 25lbs, the only reason I would replace with a diffrent unit would be if I found one as good as this one with a smaller sized receiver unit on the collar, this one seems a little big for her, but manageable. Still Very satisfied with this collar. We have had a few of this type of "Trainers". Ive learned a bit on each type Ive had and continue to get a better feel of what we want in a Trainer.FIRST THE POSITIVES:REMOTE: Good sturdy construction, feels and looks well made. Buttons are well payed out and easy to find with your fingers with out looking. The display is easy to read, well laid out and informative. Its comfortable in the hand I like the way each function can easily be adjusted and settings locked in. COLOR really like the bright orange remote color option, I had resorted to taking my previous remotes apart and painting the case yellow so I can quickly locate the remote. I get teed off with all the remotes and accessories these days that only come in black making them hard to find. Range, Ive not tested the maximum range yet but my yard is about an acre and have not had any issue with range sofar.COLLAR: Well made, sturdy, easy to turn on and off and you can tell if its on or off easly. Beeper provides ample volume to hear. Light is brighter than all previous units I've had. Looks to be water and dust proof. The collar band is huge, I think it would fit a full size grizzly bear! You'll most likely need to trim it with a sharp pair of scissors after you size it to your dog, I cut it to a V point then use a lighter to seal the end so it wont fray.FUNCTION: Adjustable sound, light, shock are all easy to adjust and lock in. Our dog responds to the sound most of the time, if not then the vibrate, we really don't need to use the shock so we adjusted the shock all the way down and locked it there, if we really did need to use it it would take a few seconds to adjust it up, but having it locked in the lowest setting assures me I wont avertedly shock our puppy when shoving the remote in my pocket.POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS: A removable belt clip on the remote. I don't like shoving the remote in my jeans pockets as when ever I bend over a button gets pressed and the collar either beeps or vibes. Yes you can use the lock button and lock it before putting the remote in pocket, but Id still like a clip option. Collar 1/2 button on remote, well you only get one collar with this remote so the button only causes problems, when you need to quickly gain the dogs attention and push the beep button, and no reaction, then the vib, still no reaction, then adjust the shock up and try that, still no reaction from the dog, only to realize the 1/2 button got pushed and no signal is being sent to collar 1. If they have to include this button for selling 2 collar units then a lock out that prevents the collar selection from being changed needs to be incorporated. By the time I figure out its on the wrong setting it very well be to late to prevent the dog from entering the street, or chasing a fox, end result could be devastating. Unfortunately every training collar Ive purchased had this same problem and it requires dismantling the remote and modifying that button to lock it out.FEATURES I'D LIKE TO SEE: A LED flashlight added to the remote. More LED lights around the collar making it easier to see, with the option of keeping the LEDs blinking to better ID the dog. My dog is pitch black, you just cant see a black dog at night. I use a LED collar for her when we let her out in the yard at night, having it built into this collar would be great. Last but not least would be Alexa compatible remote. When my dog starts barking in the house or on the deck I have to find the remote to beep or vibe her and get her attention, with Alexa and Google compatible remote I could just say "Alexa Beep the DOG" This could be a add-on accessory I'd buy, it could be separate from the regular remote, plugged in inside the home.I'm going to try to add a belt clip to the remote. All in all I'd rate this system a BUY IT.
