Nice phone. Works out of the box with Mint Mobile
I bought one of these for myself and my wife. This B20 has replaced my Cubot X30 running Android 10. Even though the hardware specifications are similar the B20 is slightly more responsive and the screen is definitely more fluid. Everything works as expected, the camera system is quite an improvement. I bought these as a bundle which included the TUDIA LUCION case for just under $170 each. One thing to note if you're a Mint Mobile user. You do not need to setup the APN, the default settings work just fine along with WiFi calling, SMS and picture sending via text. The only difference you'll notice is the banner across the top showing T-Mobile WiFi calling rather than Mint.If I had one gripe about this phone is the back casing. It feels a bit cheap and the texture makes it very slippery feeling, so the included case is a welcome and needed accessory.

Good but several problems encountered
UPDATEI had to order another B20 due to the charger port came out in less than 5 weeks.ProsI see the price has dropped down dramatically for this B20 phone and I see why (see Cons).Cons1. You can't have get any parts for this B20 phone to be replaced for any work or replacement on it. NUU is the only place you can get it repaired at and it has to be shipped back to them for any repair.2. The B20 doesn't support wireless charging pads (I had a bad charger port that fell out).3. Now the camera on the B20 sometimes has the problem of switching back from the front camera (selfie) to the rear camera for apps like Google Meet, Marco Polo, etc...., it kept getting "stuck" on the rear camera. I had to cut the phone off for 20 minutes and cut it back on for front camera to comeback.Older commentsIt took a few days to resolve issues I had. I bought this as a gift. I'm still accessing the phone.Pros1. Bigger than the free Samsung S23 most carriers are offering.2. NUU B20 being new is an affordable price ( I got sticker shock on other phones: especially "refurbished" phones wanting to much money I didn't want to buy a used phone).3. It had the features the person wanted and color.4. It came with a Standard charger Plug (it would have been nice to have an 18W quick Charger Plug USB-C Input, their cords are USB-C male to USB-C male) most Samsung phones now don't come with a charger plug.5. It has the slot to add a memory card to phone.6. It came with a screen protector with the phone but it was "cracked" in several places like someone else said. Maybe ship with stronger screen protector included.Cons1. It says "unlocked" I put in the old SIM card into the B20 and I got partial calls and Texts. Per the carrier T-Mobile they said this phone was "NOT UNLOCKED". I had to go in and get another SIM card from T-Mobile.2. The USB-C cord that came with the phone was "extremely tight" to fit into phone. It was so difficult that I didn't try to force the provided NUU B20 cord in. I got some other USB-C cords I had and used one of them that "fit looser, not so hard" to fit into the phone, I believe "if it don't fit don't force it". I would have liked a 18W quick charger plug but I'll get one later to give the gift person.3. The headphone jack at the bottom of the phone, the description says "3.5" input jack, I've tried several headphones with a "3.5" male plug and they would stop have halfway, those that had a microphone to speak into the phone, the earphones with no microphone fit but who wants earphones without a mic to talk with so again I didn't force the cord in, I'll have to tell the gift person they may need to use a Bluetooth earpiece.4. NO SCREEN MIRRORING on phone at all ( like Smartview or Miracast or Screen mirroring or Screen Cast). Nothing to project photos and videos from phone to TV or a Firestick, I'm not getting a Chromecast dongle. It will Mirror to a google cast device like Chromecast or Google Nest but I don't have those just a flatscreen and a Firestick. If this phone had mirroring capabilities I would have given it another star. The gift person's old phone could do Mirroring.5. Phone is having a problem with Google Meet app with it staying on to receive aka Meet or old DUO calls. I have to remember to tap Meet on phone. I'll contact Google support on this, other apps works fine.6. I had to get some USB-C adapter plugs to transfer over old data from one phone to the other. I'll probably will use the app SmartSwitch from playstore next time.

I Really wanted this phone to work Correctly. Really, Yes, Really.
Nuu B20 5G.This was a great priced phone, NEW 5G phone, paid like $106.00 Shipped on sale. Great Price. BUT!!!!!First, I am an Technologically advanced person. Software and Hardware. 45 years of tech.If I wasn't this would have been a complete cluster puck for a novice!!Turned on New phone, Gets to screen, Crashes. Turned off phone, restart, crashes.Phone went into Recovery mode by itself. Had it recover and restarted.Worked and started to load, got upto lets backup your phone from your old phone. Okay, with me?Put cable into each phone, starts to copy info, Stops and says cable has been removed, of course it wasn't, so removed and reinserted, started to copy, then stopped again. So replaced with a different cable, same thing, but now it said, cable removed, and crashed, rebooted back into recovery mode. WTF right? Novice would have been lost. Dead device. So let it recover and restart, worked, Didn't backup from old device, skipped everything, just trying to get it to the home screen to get into setting and try to update the system.System updated. Then was able to back up from old device, ONLY by trying without cable link.Would not work with cable. So was able to backup the Phone and then was useable. New phone. LOLSo it has been a week of using.Pros: T-mobile, No Problems.Phone calls, WIFI, 5G Data. Works great.Storage great.Comes with Fast Charger and cable, and a case.Screen quality image looks great. Phone itself has a nice look and feel.WIFI calling works really good.Camera is no better or worse than others.Battery life is Okay. Will last 36 hours.Overall the phone is nice, 5G phone $106.00. Now TheCons:New Phone start up crashes, then keeps crashing. Not able to backup with a cable.CANNOT use Google Assistant from Locked screen, Period. When restarting, phone System UI crashes, everytime.Google Bar keeps disappearing, then maybe after a restart, it might come back, but will again disappear.Loud speaker is crap, just crap. So distorted. Why??Reached out to NUU. They asked me to do several of the this I had already done.they said sounds like an issue, return item. I agree.Listen, I agree, Electronics are what they are, there will be problems, Period.I just wasn't expecting it on the First start up. I hope this is an Isolated incident.I think I am going to stick with Motorola and Samsung, there are several at close to the same price point, but you will most likely not get 5G.Motorola G Play $129.99 new, Samsung A15 $129.99 new. Comparable phones. Both 2024. But no 5G.Motorola G Play 5G $149.99 Still not bad. Moto phone.I really wanted this phone to beat my expectations, I have had several NUU phones in this past, this one was a big disappointment, this time.I can see why this listing says has frequent returns. Too Bad.

Awesome phone at an amazing price.
The NUU B20 is an approximate clone of Samsung S22. With 8 gig of RAM, standard Android 12, and 5G you should be able to use it for four or five years.. It seems to be able to use the same case and screen protectors as S22. B20 also matches dimensions of Apple 14 Pro Max.At $150 it is an incredible bargain. Samsung s22 have been reduced to $900 from $1300 while B20 reduced to $150 from $300. I personally am getting a few B20 as they are so sweet. My only concern with B20 is the Type C charger port. I have found that mid tier and budget phones don't have durable charger ports (fail from 12 months to 36 months) so I recommend the Asurion 3 year portable protection protection plan for $24 (covers only purchase price up to $150). I also recommend using a credit card with extended warranty (but you have to check for that as about half of my credit cards have dropped the extended warranty, mostly MC cards).
