Mynwood Cat Jacket/Harness High Viz Adult Cat

Slightly disappointing but far more escape proof than the previous two. Nicely made and our cat looks very cute in it

Just received this today! Fab!After hunting around and finding a supposedly escape proof jacket, my relatively newly adopted (converted feral due to being heavily abused) cat escaped on second use. After a nightmare of an evening, we managed to catch her, thank goodness... She's absolutely terrified of humans but we were just making progress.Anyway, back online I came and did some serious research.... I chose this one due to customer reviews, the fact it is handmade by a cat owner and one who has suffered the exact same problem! Cats can escape anything as all cat owner know, so it takes someone to really understand the problem to make something that works.... And I refuse to use any kind of choke type harness. She's a terrified little cat not a vicious untamed wolf!Anyway... We tried it. I won't say she liked it but mainly because she doesn't like me (or humans as a whole) yet! But she could move around absolutely fine.... When I bought her back in from the garden and took the lead off, she could move quite freely but could not get out of it!It's only day one, and it's perfect... I'm using it every day to take her out, to get close to her and to get her used to the idea she's actually safe now. Thank you so much for designing and making this.... It is far superior in it's escape proof mechanism than any other.

Bought this to take my old rescue cat outside. Hes a bit of a climber ( stepladder up to my loft - I found him at the top one day) and with huge trees in my garden I didn't want to have to call the fire brigade. I wasnt sure how he would take to it but he is such a mellow cat I thought it was worth a try. Huge success, at first he wobbled a bit when I tried it on him in the house but them seemed unperturbed. I took him out in the garden in his carrier with the jacket on and then let him out - he again wobbled with the first few steps he took - but then he was off, running down the garden path , exploring & didnt even seem to notice the jacket. ( I think im lucky0. The jacket is great quality & the velcro that holds it on is wide & closes very firmly, I felt that it was very secure.

I was very impressed by the quality of this harness. As a cat biased veterinarian I knew I wanted something secure and safe and would allow my cat to have proper movement. Most harnesses restrict under the front under arms and lead to cats doing the “crab walk” My Maine Coon has quickly accepted it when she rejected others. It also means I can see her in the garden as she’s a black cat! I’m very happy with this harness and shall see how it weathers the winter. I’m definitely be mentioning it to my clients.

My neighbour had the jeans one so I expected that this one to be as lean as the jeans but it’s not.Plus be careful with the size. My cat is 9 months but the jacket is a bit big for him so I’m hoping he’ll grow into it.Other than this it’s really nice.
