Good quality basin plug
I like this plug as the material is more durable comparing to what I bought previously from other stores. I would have liked it slightly bigger but they only come in standard sizes and my sink is between sizes. Well, is it the best I could find.

OK but not quite the ticket.
Nothing wrong with plug or chain, however for me the plug was slightly too large but since I only needed the chain it is no problem!

Had to purchase this as it is an essential item.Excellent value for money.

That you have to open and close both ends of chain and you must have the right tools and muscles.
Please please leave the ends open before selling them as it takes a great deal of strength and the right tools to open the ends . It’s bad enough that we have to close them or get a plumber in at £65 just for a few minutes call out . Surely in this day and age we should not have the same impossible task our grandparents had, but they unlike me, had young muscle bound bodies and the correct tools .

A bog standard bath plug
I'm sorry about my feeling towards a bath plug .,.well honestly, I feel like Goldilocks.From a different seller, I ordered a bath plug... £4.38... for a bath plug? When it came, I was impressed with the quality...it was too big however....44mm..So I ordered a 38 mm from another seller (this one) and it was too small! Another £4.38....another failure...Quality not at all as good as the first one either.To trudge down to a post office to send both back to sellers....I'm nearly 70 I am semi disabled and a bit agoraphobic so I won't be returning them, either of themFrom what I've been told, this was next size down. I recommend trying to get another? Go to a store to double check. I will go out reluctantly but I will see them by comparing to the ones I now have when I go to a plumbers store. I'll never buy anything which is anything to do with plumbing online ever again!
