very useful for adding weight during squats or walking

I wear this when doing squats and also in elliptical. I found it to be rather secure, the clip has not come undone. The band is secure through the clip and does not slip out of clip like the db elastic resistant band does

This is a good belt. There’s probably better options like a vest, but I’ll put this around my waist and work out or walk around and add some resistance to my day. It gets heavy. I just move it around.

I thought it was too bullky wish it went around my wait for a better distribution.

This seemed like a perfect addition to my routine and with a few minor upgrades it totally could be. It's actually made really well. The weight is distributed evenly throughout the belt and it's sewn well with nice soft and strong material. If the actual belt part (that you buckle) could be padded and replace the current buckle with one that stays buckled (it constantly comes undone) it would be perfect. I'm going to continue using it because I love the work-out/non-workout I get when I wear it but I will be replacing the buckle so it doesn't break open so easily.

Bought this for my wife. Super heavy and durable! Worth the buy if you want a good workout!
