So I got her this pair which she loves, especially that she's a runner and since her dad (who's a runner too) has issues with the knees, she was worried she would get the same. You will get a core workout while wearing them. Adapt in your home for a few days before going outside. Don’t skip adapting. You’ll get a good leg workout just jumping in your house. Worth the purchase.

Just started with them two days ago but already glad I made the purchase and hope to get into an exercise routine right away using YouTube videos - even though running in the seems like it would be fun, road surfaces would likely damage the bottoms too fast.

I'm not very happy with this boots. I don't use them a lot and after a few times (easy) running with them, the hook that holds the sole together is broken. How is this possible when you don't really use the boots?
