Beachbody Tony Horton's P90 4 DVD Boxset Workout Exercise Programme Base Kit with 10 Workouts, Nutrition Guide and Resistance Band

This is a really good exercise DVD for those who are overweight, older or just not quite at that level of fitness for the P90X or Insanity . I'm in my 20's health weight but haven't managed to stick to Insanity or P90X due to finding these too difficult and hard to stick to round a busy schedule. However, the P90 is much easier to stick to and I will definitely be prepared to complete P90X or Insanity after I've completed it.

It is the basic programm, no extra dvd's, but for this price I just had to purchase it.It is a great programm for people who want to start out the 90 day fitness challenges Tony has to offer.His programmes are really the best! After this..you can do P90X3...and then on to P90X!

I just got this today (no I have not used it yet but let me finish!) I opened up my box found everything ok i.e disks did not look scratched which is good.Now while I can't wait to try it out in hopes of losing a few pounds which I really need to for health reasons. I can say I'm not inpressed with how much they try to push this shakeology shake stuff and the fact that is has a line in a few different places saying get a "free" p90 coach by going to this site.For those planning on trying this I want you to know that as of writing this shakeology is NOT in the UK i.e no offical shakeology site to buy it from. You most likely can buy it here on amazon or ebay but do you really want to risk it? as in my option it can be a 50-50 shot. And there are of course 101 different things like shakeology and most have fake sugars which are not good for you not to mention they leave a horrid after taste in the mouth for some drinkers and these shakes are not really needed. But be warned in the 6 day shred it is recommend as breakfast for day 1,4,5 & 6. and in the p90 simple kitchen breakfast there are 3 item which include shakeology, the lunch section thankfully only has 1 item that needs shakeology and the dinner section has only 1 item that needs it as well and 4 items that need it in the snack section. They really must love their shakeology stuff wonder if it is because it works or if it's just because it makes them lots of money who knows!Next up if your in the UK and think great a "free" p90 coach guess again that is only for US and Canadian customers so if you not either of those your outta luck! No help coming from there which them makes me wonder did amazon buy this stright from the UK beachbody or did they by it from beachbody USA to save some money? Or did beachbody say to hell with it and just marketed the p90 USA/Candian edition in the UK even tho they knew the would offer nither the shakeology and the "free" p90 coach in the UK for x amount of time.I gave it 3 stars thus far based on the amount of shakeology ads and the fact that they call for it 13 times it's a bit off putting because you really dont need that junk! And for the fact it says you can get a "free" p90 coach when you can't get it at all if your a non US or Candian buyer!Hopefully in say 90 days I will have lost weight and thus adding more stars at worse dont lose anything even tho I stuck to their "diet" and workout plan. I hope the last one does not happen!Edit: Just tried playing these in my UK desktop and my USA laptop and the disks could not be read. But I finally got them to play on my multi-region dvd player.

I really like them, but it's tough. I haven't been able to complete it yet, but I like using them just as home workout from time to time.The elastic band was week tho, so I used weights

Amazing programme. This really is the on switch to fitness.

Really recommend this for people who are not used to exercising. It's a great start to getting fitter, and does increase your levels over the program.
