Progo Protein Bars | High Energy Blueberry Coconut Crunch (12-Pack)

I'm very aware of what I put in my body and it's been ridiculous trying to find a protein bar worth eating. For me, I don't care too much about the flavor unless it's just awful and these bars are not! I buy the variety pack. And I like all the flavors, especially the caramel.These bars get a score of A+ from me.I am so thankful I came across this product.I can feel good about what I eat and my body appreciates it in the gym!

The first ingredient is peanuts. It tastes like peanuts. "blueberry coconut" is an embarrassingly inaccurate claim. I will never order them again. They are also chalky and high in fat. Fat from peanuts, which is not a good fat. Do not order.

The bar to take if you’re ever stranded on a Deserted Island as sheer desperation to stay alive is the only way I’d ever eat these again. I ordered the blueberry/coconut crunch and it was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever tasted. I took one bite and became nauseous. It tastes more like something you’d use to fill a hole in a plaster wall. And the texture is similar to that is well. On second thought, if I was stranded on a deserted island and only had these to eat? I wouldn’t.

I got 36 bars for like $12 so it was an amazing deal. Wish I would have seen that they had a lower sugar option since the Blueberry ones aren't the most health conscious for a Protein bar. I'd say these are more "meal replacement" than real post strength training bars.Definitely worth the buy if they have their Buy 1, Get 2 Free deal.

These bars taste amazing but bought as a gift and Amazon packed in a flimsy bag.Needs to be in a box.

They are good for what they are. I got the blueberry during a buy 3 for the price of 1 deal.. disappointed it didn't let me mix and match considering 2 other flavors were on the same deal. But more disappointed at the fact that the coconut on these is basically pointless. It's just sitting in the bag when you open the bar. Not on the bar at all. Like I said they are good for what they are. Just annoyed that I have to deal with these for 3 cases when I wanted to also try the others.

I'd easily recommend these nutrition bars to others. The texture is much better than other nutrition bars out there (not sticky, good balance of soft / firm, and kind of crispy when you chew them), they taste great (but not covered in chocolate syrup or anything), and they do the job of holding you over while on a hike or just need something between meals on a long day. You should definitely give them a try.
