Best option you could choose!
This stuff so far has saved me from more damage to a front tooth through not getting treatment. With the COVID-19 lockdown I cant see an NHS dentist as they refuse to treat anyone (understandably).Bought this and some liquid non-toxic UV curing resin. This isnt a guide for anyone but is the method I followed incase anyone is interested. After a lot of research I followed these steps (please remember I'm not a dentist).Clean teeth and use mouthwash.30 minutes later rinse mouth with water. With a cotton bud dry the area (probably could have been skipped) and used the liquid resin which I purchased on here as a glue. I then used a small amount of this filler at a time.Once applied I used my fingers on my front tooth to pack the material in and gently smooth and shape the edge and back.Once done I used a UV torch (brightest I could find) and applied the light on the tooth for a few minutes to be sure it had cured. An hour or so later and I was eating dinner on it without problems, rock solid fitting and happy with the colour (I used A2 ).One thing I'd say is I didnt polish it as I didnt have the right tools so it's a bit rough at the treatment site. I can put up with that though!Cheaper than an NHS filling too!

Waste of money did not harden even with dentist grade uv source
This product does not work as advertisedDoes not harden , I tried 3 uv light sources one at my local dentist, non made this product harden ,I even left a sample in direct sunlight for three hours it stayed soft , no good for dental filling or repair, waste of money

Works well but needs a lot of UV to cure
Unlike similar products I've used, this is a stiff, mildly sticky gum. This makes it very easy to pack into a damaged tooth, and shape. However1. The hole needs to be as dry as possible. This stuff is not very sticky.2. It take a *lot* of UV exposure to harden. The deeper the filling, the longer it takes. With 3mm depth I found it needed a solid 10mins to cure. Before I started on the actual filling I experimented with a small pea-sized lump of this material. I have two different small UV torches. Both seemed equally effective, both took 5 mins before much curing was achieved, and 10 mins before it was solid enough to expect it to stay in place. It then continued to get harder over the next few hours. If you are filling a deep hole, it's probably best to do it in a couple of layers. When I've previously use UV-cure dental material, it has cured in less than a minute. But that was 2-pack and runny, this stuff is neither. It has the consistency of Blu-tak. This is much easier to use, and very easy to shape to resemble the missing part of the tooth, either with a spatula, dental tool, or fingertip. Its A2 colour is also a really good colour match with my, and most peoples un-whitened teeth. Just don't be impatient: you'll have to sit there for 10mins, at least, with a UV light in your gob.I don't expect it to last forever but the last time my dentist did it it only lasted a week. My various previous repairs have each lasted 3-6 months. So far this has done 7 days and I am pretty confident it'll be as good or better.

It doesn't fall out like other products
Lockdown tooth issues then this is the best product I've tried and used. I have several issues at the moment and tried using another temporary fix kit that's a bit chalk like, it kept falling out after a day or two max. I read the reviews and was a bit sceptical about using a blue light but it worked perfectly fine and hasn't fallen out since. The mixture is easy to mould and doesn't set until the light is on it giving you plenty of time to make sure you get the precise amount in the right spot. I'd recommend using dental floss prior to the blue light also. Great product, don't be scared of using a blue light just take your time with the prep

Not much use for fillings
The design where you have to screw the plunger in to get the product out is unnecessarily fiddly and awkward. Once you do get it out, it is incredibly difficult to mould the already firm substance into shape. It constantly comes away from the tooth having no stickiness whatsoever. It's virtually impossible to mould it into place as a result.I used the UV light for longer than recommended and did not have cold or hot drinks or food for several hours. I had no solid food for 24 hours after application but during a toast eating session a day later it started to crumble. Over a few days the entire lot crumbled and fell out.

Don't listen to the positive reviews
So I had so much problems with dentist recently and have had constant emergency appointments this year but they are useless. So I saw this thinking this was the same thing the dentist used... Its not! Though I could finally fill all my teeth that the dentist kept ignoring. But no. The stuff that they use at the dentist cures hard within 30 seconds if that. Where this is crumbly and soft after 5 minutes. And belive me I tryed to get this to cure. I have multiple UV lamps that cure other resins in 30s so I tried all of them as a different in wavelengths can effect the cure time. When I realised that it was taking longer I literally just put my lamp on the 30min settings and left it. After this is was vaguely hard and after another 30 minutes of just sitting it did harden up a bit more but it was still brittle and nothing like the "rock solid" some of the reviews say. However considering I can not eat solid food with out being in pain I was desperate. I can not state it enough but this stuff is a littoral nightmare to try a get anywhere. It literally wants to stick to anything but your tooth even if completely dried out. I managed to get it in pushing it with a damp cotton bud. But even after all that when curing it didn't cure the same way I even left it till the morning but it was still squishy maybe the damp effected how it cured but that silly considering you can't possibly dry your mouth out for over an hour for a filling. Literally I feel like a sugar free chewing gum would literally have better results at being a filling.
