I wasn't looking to purchase this, but when i purchased a hitch-extender, this item popped up.... i did a little research, and then purchased a 2-pack of them -- and am very glad i did !! this item works great to keep my extender from wobbling in the hitch, and the 2nd piece works great to keep whatever attachment i have in the extender from wobbling... definitely worth the price paid -- it works great!

I got this to secure my bike rack to the hitch. It does a great job. I just installed it and the bike rack is firm doesn’t move at all. The rubber coating on the u bar is very helpful as well as, I guess it helps not just with the rust but also grip Very nicely. I think the two screw design really helps to tighten and fasten very nicely. I think it’s a great product give it a try.

When trailing expensive bikes long distances or just a mile of uneven terrain the last thing you expect is the bikes damaged due to vibration. There are many hitch tighteners - which do you buy? heavy-duty, rubber coating, double bolts to ensure they stay tight, heavy galvanized U-bolt, and price. Considering the importance these hitch tighteners play, they are cheap insurance.
