Catching for my son hand and eye coordination greatly improved using these good fun for all the family

I bought this for martial arts to try and improve reaction speed. I found it very useful and also quite fun, the problem is finding the right area to use it. If you have a garden with a patio, that would probably be the best option. One day I was using it in the garden when I realised this isn't just good for athletes but will also keep a half minded Labrador entertained for hours. Overall the ball is well made (as the dog hasn't destroyed it yet) so I would recommend it to any active person wishing to gain reaction speed in their sport, or alternatively someone who wants to laugh at their dog for hours on end. Really hard to use as it would bounce away in the opposite direction easily, honestly waste of money and my time as it was impossible to get.

Doesn't diviate like a true reaction ball. Slightly disappointed. Good for pinging around though.

Ich hatte erwartet der Ball springt unberechbarer zurück. Wer jedoch sportaffin ist, der hat keinerlei Probleme. Aber eine gute Übung für zwischendurch. Oder es schwerer gestalten (z.B. kurz vorher einmal drehen) ...

Ottima per allenamento di riflessi adoperata per il libero nella pallavolo, associata a palline da tennis e pallone da volley si possono creare molti esercizi.. rimbalzi veramente casuali ed imprevedibili

Pensaba que iba a botar más, pero la verdad es que de gran parte rebota bastante normal. Un poco por aqui, un poco por allá. Pero no. Los 80% de los rebotes son de como si fuera una pelota normal/rodonda.

Cette balle me permet de faire la rééducation chez moi tout en m'amusant . Je l'ai testée en la lançant sans forcer de haut en bas puis de bas en haut sur le mur , les 2 manières sont efficaces . Je déconseille de la lancer au plafond , j'ai testé : adieu les bibelots , totalement incontrôlable ( ce n'est pas fait pour cela ) .

Balle à rebondissements aléatoires efficace pour travailler les réflexes et la précision. Texture soft évitant des chocs trop importants ( si vous la prenez dans des zones sensibles yeux, visage, parties genitales...) je m'en sers régulièrement dans ma pratique des arts martiaux, c'est un plus ludique pour sortir de la monotonie de ma routine d'entraînement.
