A breath of fresh air
I bought these to help with my terrible snoring. I did not expect miracles, and there were none. However although I don't suffer from nasal congestion as such, I do have a slightly crooked nose which means that my nasal breathing is a little limited. This is worse when lying down and I am sure contributes to my snoring.Starting from a position of scepticism, I am pleasantly surprised to find that BreatheRight strips noticeably improve my nasal breathing, making it much easier and quieter. This itself increases the sense of peace before sleep. Not only this, but I am very surpised to discover how comfortable they are. I actually forget it is there after a few minutes.Does it improve my snoring? Hard to tell, as my partner also uses earplugs. However she is able to sleep with less disturbance from me whilst I am wearing a BreatheRight, so I guess they do.I'm sure I will have more news on these given time, so watch this space for updates.Bottom line is that they are definitely worth a go if you suffer nasal congestion and/or snoring -though be realistic about your expectations. Some improvement is definitely better than none.AA

These work great! My husband's snoring has basically stopped!!!
I 100% recommend these if you are a snorer or are being kept up by someone elses snoring. Before these I simply couldn't sleep because of my husband's snoring (deviated septum) and I had tried white noise, ear plugs, headphones, everything. Short of sleeping on the couch I was losing my mind and when we found these online we were skeptical but they really have worked! Now it's just light breathing and that's barely anything. He also doesn't find them uncomfortable or strange to wear- in fact he says they help with his breathing. The only thing is sometimes the adhesive isn't strong enough and the sides might pop up slightly once in a while and then the snoring will start. It hardly ever happens but when it does I just pinch his nose to stick the sides back and it works perfectly again.I recommend washing your nose before putting it on since an oily nose is more likely to cause it to unstick.

Pretty good.
I purchased this product recently and I have to say, I am pretty satisfied with it.I don't have a bad snore, but I'm one of those people that easily catches a cold, and that can make breathing a bit more difficult at night. As this is the time of the year when colds do the rounds, I figured I'd get a packet of these, and I have used a couple of the strips so far to try them out. They stick to the nose very well, and they do open up the nostrils. Sleep doesn't always come easy to me, but I had a good night's rest when I tried them. The only downside is that because they are very sticky, they leave my nose red for a good while after I have removed the strip. I do have sensitive skin, so that may be the reason, but it does mean that I wouldn't want to wear them two nights in a row. If I do catch a bad cold, then, I can't regularly use them for the purpose I purchased them for.If you don't have sensitive skin, it'll probably be less of an issue. And on the whole, I think these are pretty good. They'll at least get me through the worst nights.

Useful but not stop to snoring
I've got a little problem with the breathing during the night and this product helps me a lots, but don't help with the snoring problem at all

great if you suffer from hay fever and/or asthma
I bought these to trial since I'd been having issues with waking up feeling very groggy, and I've long suffered with being unable to breathe well through my nose, due to hay fever and asthma. I also wanted to try use them while excercising to see if it would help me breathe through my nose better (apparently it's better through the nose since it filters out things before it enters your lungs?)sleeping wise, wearing these I am sleeping better. I have been sleeping with a fitbit tracker to try keep a track of my sleep quality, as I was worried I might have sleep apnea. Most of the time I sleep with one of these on my nose, I appear to be getting much more deep sleep. according to the tracker without I get about half an hour to three quarters of an hour of deep sleep - with the strip I seem to get around 1hr and 30minutes of deep sleep, roughly. It's not an exact science, but including that i feel better when I wake up as well - all signs point to the strips making the difference in my sleep by a fair margin.Using them for excercise, they did make a difference for me. I was able to breathe through my nose for once, normally my nose is clogged after about 30seconds to a minute of anything more intensive than a brisk walk, the main issue is that the adhesive I guess is more designed for people sleeping, and when sweat comes in to the equation then sticking it on to your nose becomes a bit of an issue. I found myself fiddling around with the strip to try and get it to stay on my nose. so maybe for this purpose the strips are not great - possibly something to take into consideration if you are someone who sweats a lot in their sleep, that maybe these are not for you.long story short - for sleep I would recommend giving them a shot, excercise maybe not.
