I feel that my mood has improved since taking these. They were easy to take with no apparent side effects.

This seems like a good quality supplement, but it's hard to compare these products because it's so hard to understand what they're doing. The first few times I took this, I had a fuzzy, relaxed sensation, which I guess is the effect, but I developed a tolerance pretty quickly (or simply got used to it). I'm trying to use this to help with sleep and found that this in itself didn't quite put me to sleep.Ashwagandha seems to have a number of different benefits, and is in a number of formulas that I use, so I wanted to try pure Ashwagandha to understand the effect. As far as I can tell, it seems to contribute to relaxation and a sense of well-being, and maybe that in itself helps with many issues. I think it's a useful part of larger regimen, and probably not in itself a solution to any issue (sleep, anxiety, etc).

I have tried a few different brands of ashwagandha supplements and find that some work and some don’t. I have only come across one that I think works well, while the others work a little or not at all.These pills are pretty standard in that they are a light brown powder in a capsule of an average size (at least average for supplement capsules these days). The pills are packaged in a glass bottle with a screw on metal lid and the bottle is then packaged in a paper box. I would like to see more protection for a glass bottle as almost all other supplements I have received in a glass bottle have bubble wrap on them, and I have received a different shipment of Prominent Nutrition supplements via Amazon that was shattered upon arrival. Most other supplements come in a plastic bottle, but I believe prominent nutrition chose glass to ensure the product stays fresher compared to plastic or other materials (hence a metal lid too instead of plastic). Their website claims that they strive to trace all ingredients in their supplements from the source and continually test them and have them third-party tested. While I do not see any certificates or information as to who the third parties are, this is relatively standard practice for most supplement manufacturers (although few claim to keep track of the source of their ingredients).This ashwagandha supplement from prominent nutrition seems to be of good quality. I personally find that it doesn’t quite work as good as some, but it works better than others and I would say this is average to better than average. I don’t mind the glass bottle to package the pills, but I do wish they would put some bubble wrap on the bottle for shipping to give it a better chance of surviving the trip.

I wasn't sure about this brand because I hadn't heard of it, but boy was I very impressed with the safety measures that this company took! They not only had it in a box that was incredibly thick, but also had a metal cap on it! On top of that they also had the regular safety measures that you would expect if it. weren't in a box.I love ashwagandha for the calming effect it has on me! This supplement was exactly as described, they were in date, and they were not sticking together. The bottle was triple sealed for safety. The company uses a third party lab to test their products, which gives me more confidence in taking these supplements.

I love this product but this is unacceptable, What’s wrong with package carriers?

Ashwagandha is well known as a mood enhancer. I take it to help me get a good night’s sleep. I take a number of other botanical supplements to help get healthy rest as I do not like to take drugs for this.Ashwagandha’s effect can be relatively mild, hard to distinguish, but I know it is there and it is part of my regimen.I like that these capsules are not too big and are easy to swallow.You get 60 caps for your $23, or 38-cents each.

Without having scientific data to share here, all I can do is relate my personal experience from taking these. Anxiety and stress levels have decreased considerably, and I can only attribute it to taking these. I'm very happy with them. The capsules are easy to swallow, but do drink water or liquid to wash them down.
