Probably one of my favorite manual massage tools I've ever owned. I especially love using it with pumkin seed massage oil. I do wish it came in a 3 pack of 3 different sizes. Something like one shorter than this one, this size, and one longer than this to use effectively on more parts of the body like arms, calves and the back. This size is pretty great though and I love the handle versatility. Easy yes for me for recommending to people with IT band tightness for self use and if you have a partner who can assist, it is great for muscle tightness caused by sciatic nerve pain, or run of the mill daily back and shoulder tightness.

This is a beautifully crafted item for loosening muscles and aiding in cellulite dispersal. The exceptional thing is the removable handles that make it easier to use on yourself or switch to using on someone else. The handles screw in and out of brass fittings easily. Top quality.

This is truly one of my FAVORITE tools. I have fibromyalgia and have a collection of things to try and release my muscles, this product is amazing. I'm hoping the byproduct is less saggy skin but we'll see. Definitely use it with massage oil, it makes a huge difference. Mine did come with a couple of beads out, but, I'm sure I can just glue them back in.

Not as smooth or easy to use as I thought it would be 🫤 The grip is fine but it doesn’t roll as smoothly as I expected it to. That could be due to my lack of understanding of exactly how it should be used. Does it need to be directly on the skin? If so, should I be using some sort of oil? The product itself seems to be well made however when used over clothing, it did snag my clothes, a couple of times.

I’m a little skeptical when it comes to buying any products online. But this purchase right here is the best product I’ve ever put my money on. The wood is super sturdy and It does the job well. As seen on the pictures, it massages and soothes the nerves you target. Love the Fact that it’s cordless so I can use it when ever and where ever. All in all great product. Highly recommend.
