Wifamy Mouth Guard for Clenching Teeth at Night, Sport Athletic, Whitening Tray, Including 4 Regular and 2 Heavy Duty Guard

After getting dental work done, I ordered these to prevent teeth clenching in my sleep and to protect my teeth. I wish I would have ordered these years ago. It probably would have prevented some of the dental I had done.I have been been using the normal trays. The process for molding them to my teeth is really easy and works well. I microwave some water in a small dish, test it with a food thermometer, and when the temperature is correct I put in the guard and use the stop watch on my phone to make sure I have it in the hot water for the correct time. It works perfectly.For me, I get about a week and half of use out of one guard before they show ware. I did try the heavy duty guard, but could not get a good fit for my teeth in it. That may have been user error though.I will continue using this product as it has really helped my teeth/jaws not been sore when I wake up and I am sleeping much better.

I’ve gone through so many of these, so have experienced my fair share of different ones. I’m so glad I decided on this one & will be buying again! It’s an excellent deal for 3, as well as really easy to make (some instructions break down the process so detailed that it’s hard not to screw up). It got hot super quick (I left it in the water 15 full seconds). I didn’t have to trim, but because I left it in so long, it stuck together a little but was easy to un-stick and mold. It’s super comfortable and hasn’t gotten any sort of discoloration/fog to it like some others do. I would definitely recommend!!!

I liked how easy it was for a cheap mouth guard and how many that come with it lasts so long ! It fit so well in my mouth I would forget to take it out!

I have noticed I have been grinding my teeth through the anxiety. I was hoping to find somewhere to stop this because I was having constant facial pain and I was really unhappy. When I came across this product, I decided to give it a go instead of going to the dentist to pay a lot of money for a similar product. I found this product, extremely easy to use, comfortable to wear and a great value! I’ve used it now for about 2 weeks and I have noticed a difference now I’m clenching my teeth much less and it hasn’t effected my sleep! I would recommend this product to any family or friends if they had the same issue as me!

I bought this about 9 months ago, when I made the last guard out of my last pack (different brand), and just now finally needed a new one so I busted it out today. It was supposed to have 2 heavy duty and 4 regular duty guards and there are 2 heavy duty, and 3 regular + a case in the box. Overall that’s not a huge deal, especially given they last me 6-9 months each, but it’s always a bummer to find out you got less than what you paid for.Overall this product seems pretty standard. I’ve been making these since I was about 18 (32 now) so I’d call myself an amateur professional at this point, so the process was pretty straightforward and easy to do. The final product of my first guard seems to fit well. Hopefully it’ll last me at least 6 months, but we will see! Bummer about the missing guard but not a big enough deal to make a stink at this point for me.

I have tried several mouth guards, and this is the most comfortable fit. It's not big and bulky like some sports mouth guards. It was very easy to fit, and custom mould!My dentist wanted more than $1000 to make one for me, so I wanted to find other alternatives until I get rich. This set was much cheaper than other ones that I have tried, and this one is by far my favorite.I like that it's a multi-pack, and give you the regular and heavy mouth guards. I have only used the regular so far, but it gives you another option if one doesn't fit for you.Great Value, and a Great Product! (Much cheaper than a dental bill :)

Love this. Wanted to wait a couple weeks to wite a review to make sure it solved my issue. I clench my jaw when i sleep causing severe tooth and jaw pain. My dentist recommended i try a mouth guard when i sleep. I searched Amazon and this one had good reviews so i tried it. I received it the next day. I was skeptical but willing to try anything. The instructions were clear and i had no issues. I used a meat thermometer to make sure the water was the correct temp. I did have to trim a little on the flaps at the roof of my mouth because it made me gag a bit but after trimming it was great. It formed to my teeth perfectly and i smoothed out the area above my front teeth with my fingers. Now the real test. I put the guard in and worried if i would be able to sleep. I barely noticed it to be honest. I slept like a rock and when i woke up there was no jaw or tooth pain. I've used it every night since and the relief has been wonderful. I will definitely purchase again.

If you mess up, you have a lot of chances to get it right. I'm an extreme clincher and I've tried a lot of things. Recently, I had one made by my periodontist and I spent $1000 on the thing. It was made of acrylic and all it did was seriously intensify my clinching and made my receeding gums worse. I had to stop using it. It just gave me something hard to clinch on other than my teeth. This was a cost effective option that will last a while to use while sleeping and it is soft. They are bulky but it's better than clinching my teeth at night. I have been searching for the perfect guard, I don't know if one exist, because I clinch all day and all night. I'll keep using this one at night, until one day I do find the perfect one for me that I can wear during the day and night.
