Update: after my review below chinchilla contacted me and offered me a full refund. I was very impressed with their customer service because I hadn’t even contacted them for a refund. Being that it usually doesn’t rain here, just lately, I’ll see if there is some way to assist this cover to be a bit more water proof.I measured my indoor/outdoor pool table with my husband twice to get the right size. Living in a hot desert state, I needed it to really protect against dust, sun and the occasional harsh rainstorm. The cover that came is a bit too big all around.It rained super hard for about 2 days the day after I got it. The center seam leaked, putting a river of water straight across my table. Because it is made with sunbrella fabric and not felt, the table is ok.I HATE RETURNING THINGS.

Too long for our pool table, so we returned it.

It fit perfect just the right length so it is not touching the floor

This is 100% water proof for my table. Excellent!!! Our pool table is on a covered patio however we hv had several large hard storms lately. Came out on the morning to the table with inches of water on top of the cover. Just shook it off. Table was completely dry. Very happy with this
