It worked perfectly at first. Received this October 16th and it completely broke today. It should not cost this much for such poor quality! So now I’m out $35 and it’s completely useless to me. I was gonna order so many as Christmas gifts for my friends and family-nope…..not worth it!EDITED REVIEW:I reached out to the seller and they were absolutely phenomenal! They automatically sent me a new one before I even sent back the broken one (which I sent out yesterday). They were very quick and efficient in making sure that I was very happy with their product-AND I AM!!! Thank you 🙏🏽EDITED EDITED REVIEW-Again worked great and customer service was great at replacing it right away. Had the replacement 7 wks and it’s already broke again in the same exact spot as the picture above. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m over it, it is what it is. But maybe you guys need to make the hinges more durable! It is what it is 🤷🏽‍♀️ I gotta try something new.

Purchased this to make content easier without needing someone to do it for me or me hold my phone rather and it’s perfect! Follows you without holding your phone and I was able to record myself and talk easily . Great value for the money and very light weight.

I love that it follows me while walking around in the kitchen while I am chatting with friends on facetime. How ever I noticed it seemed to stop following after like 15 minutes and had to keep turning it on and off for it to continue to follow me. Maybe I just need to learn how to use it overall it's great and better than other phone holders that don't have this kind of function.

This is the second one I have purchased, and both have broken and the exact place. I cannot even find the purchase of the second item because it continues to say I have refunded, but I only refunded one item not both.

The tracking works most of the time, but does have some delay occasionally and the hand signals are also hit or miss on if it registers. The battery life is also minimal.

I’m an influencer who never makes enough content, so having this on my desk for when I need to record a thought or random dance party has been helpful. Easy to charge, and as a bonus it’s sturdy cause once my dog accidentally knocked it off my dresser and it didn’t seem phased. Also the motion is fluid, charge seems to last, easy set up and it’s small enough to pack, so overall, I’m very happy with pretty pink stand, and would recommend, and even check out newer versions as they release.
