I bought this to help me read books that have print that's too small for me to read easily. My hand-held magnifying glass would be awkward for reading books, although it's fine for reading labels on prescriptions, etc. The BIJIA 3.2 inch dome Magnifier works perfectly for books. I have not experienced the problem that some reviewers have described (distortion at narrow margins in books) -- that must apply only to extremely narrow margins. I'm completely satisfied.

Very nice looking. Dome shaped. The magnifier on the bottom, is very good and can be used for other than flat paper, like for reading instructions on bottles, etc.

I use this all the time to read electrical drawings and it works great. I far prefer it to the hand helds, just drop and drag and the images appear.

Of the dozens of options out there, this is the real one to go with. Perfect price, size, and weight. The flat sides make it easy for handling without smudging up the lens with fingerprints. I use this for work reviewing architectural plans that are printed onto 11x17 format which are way to small to read, even with glasses.

Very easy to slide across the page while I'm reading.

I use it for reading small print on construction drawings and it works great. Also, I like to keep the window open, and the wind often flips the pages around, but I just leave the glass sitting on the pages and it holds them in place.

My son, who is visually impaired, had one of these. As I've aged (LOL) I've realized that I need one to help with the fine print! It works great.

I use this product to read the small print on house plans. Its a convenient tool, and at least for me...more convenient than holding a magnifying glass.
