This ginger juice is very potent and you just need a splash to get ginger taste. Glass bottle is great and it keeps in the fridge for a few months to allow you to consume it. An easy, clean way to consume ginger without the added sugar.

This is pretty good. It seems like it's whole, unpeeled ginger (due to the browner color) that's been turned to juice without much if any dillution. It's in glass too, and as of this writing is the cheapest organic variant I could find. This beats the pants off the other brand (ginger people) that I tried for all these reasons.

Purchased on 07/24/23, experation date was 08/20/24, have used 3/4 bottle now making ginger ale with my Soda Stream machine, now 01/13/24 still fine being kept in refridgerator since being opened. I use a small amount of ginger juice (it's strong) few drops of Monk Fruit juice and lemon juice for a nice ginger ale.

Great tasting concentrate for ginger juice shots. Good Gor upset stomach, recipes, season foods just a few of the uses. 2 bottle set use quickly!

I had not heard of ginger juice. It was mentioned on a Food Network program so I decided to try it. The recipe, a balsamic vinegar reduction I made was delicious and I was able to freeze the remainder of the ginger juice for future use. I recommend using this instead of fresh.
