This was my first experience getting a Himalayan salt lamp and I am so delighted that I did. It arrived looking frosty but I discovered that a light stroking with warm water shines it right up (unplugged , of course!). I shined all the separate chunks by running under warm water and then allowing to dry (and I keep a small one in my pocket for a salt lick) and they look so shiny and beautiful. So pretty and SOOTHING and GLOWING. Love the dimmer switch. In fact, I was originally so disappointed that my lamp wouldn't light up @ first. I diagnosed that it must be the cord, b/c the bulb would light up in my night light. I notified them through amazon and within ~3days, a new cord arrived and then it worked perfectly. great customer service, I'd say.

Very well packaged - everything arrived packaged and boxed in separate, very sturdy cardboard boxes. I was impressed as the lamp bowl is very well made and beautifully done. Additionally, there are more than enough of the Himalayan salt chunks and they are large chunks... definitely great sizes for fitting in the bowl and stacking on each other. Love this product and definitely recommend!

The bowl of this lamp is both graceful and beautiful, and the chunks of salt are easy to arrange (and rearrange as the mood strikes). The lamp gives a lovely, dim pink glow that is both comforting and soothing. I have my lamp on the upper corner of my roll top desk, and I frequently turn off my overhead desk lamp and sit in the dark, just looking at the salt lamp glowing so sweetly. I love it!

It's a nice product. A chunk of the bowl came off upon opening the box but you can't see it with the rocks stacked up.

This is a beautiful addition to my den. It sits on a table in a dark corner; and when lit after dark, it presents not only a subtle glow but also a dramatic statement to the area. It gives an impression of simmering lava. That sounds threatening, but in reality, it is restful.Sorry if I am not describing properly this excellent addition to my home. I love it....not cheap looking at all.

Oh my goodness. The Himalayan Salt Lamp Bowl is absolutely gorgeous. I bought for a friend. When we opened, so delighted how beautiful it is. I love the dimmer. From a deep soft glow to brighter glow. If I don't get one for Christmas, buying one for me too !!!

My husband purchased this for me for a Christmas present. I love It! It is absolutely beautiful to look at. I have it set up on my nightstand and I love the dimmer switch it has. Makes the air so much better in our room and works lovely as a nightlight!

Larger than I expected, and a great value! Some of the salt chunks were a bit too large so I broke them with a hammer & chisel, and they're perfect now. Has a beautiful warm glow, plus the added benefit of the salt removing some of the EMF in the room. Love this lamp!
