The kennel was perfect for what we needed, which was to ship a Pit Bull via air. It was a bit challenging to put together and didn't come with handles, which are required for flight, but otherwise, all was good.

Bought this for my Pitbull. He is the best escape artist I know. We have giving him chance after chance, for a minute he is good then watch out. He has been able to destroy everything we have ever her put him in...even the whole house. This has been such a relief, and he goes right in.

Complete life saver! No weaknesses to exploit by an escape artist and knowing he is safe and not hurting himself gives piece of mind. It was worth it never to worry or have damage again.

Kennel is solid but they put the latch on the inside. My Dutch Shepherd is exceptionally smart and he can break out in under a minute now. Took him a month to figure that out. I could lock it but then I'm worried he'll break his teeth on latch now that he knows he can open it. I'll take video of him breaking out and add to this...

I purchased this over 5 years ago from the manufacturer. It has crated 2 GSD for hunting, camping and cross country rides in the back of a truck. Well crafted and once you figure out the chappy build directions, very sturdy. My only complaint is the coating. My current GSD is car protective and chews / scratches the bars to get at people. The coating is coming off in chunks so bad that I've had to sand it in order to keep him from ingesting it. Curious to see if it's going to rust. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Don't expect reputable customer service if you have any issues for which you must contact Zinger Winger's Canadian office. My unfortunate experience dealing with Zinger Winger revealed that this is a very small company (they did tell me that repeatedly as I sought assistance and was told that no one was available "at this time" to resolve my issue and that my only option was to leave a callback number). There appears to be no actual customer service (only Sales) and a staff that deals amateurishly with customers and whose method of operation is to deflect & delay. Before putting your money down on any of their products, you would be wise to decide that you are assuming a risk & decide whether or not it's worth that risk.

This ad states $200 discount - but the "discount price" is the same as getting it from the original dealer.I'm just not a fan of manipulative marketing....
