These were a good deal based on other prices I have seen for this item. I took it for about a month and didn’t really notice a difference, but my sister took them and said she felt like she had more energy and better focus. Maybe it just doesn’t work well for me. So 50/50 on whether or not it works, but if this supplement works for you, I think this is a good one, especially for the price.

I began taking CoQ10 because i heard it had a variety of benefits including cognitive ability and stabilizing blood sugar. Although i cant be quite sure if these vitamins have had a direct affect on my health, i can say that I've seen an improvement in both of these areas. The pills are very large, but due to the gel like rubbery consistency, they go down extremely smooth, opposed to some of my other chalky vitamins. They also don't seem to have any taste or after taste, which i like. I hate when i experience indigestion later on with the vitamin i took earlier. These vitamins are definitely good in that aspect
