Barbie arrived in a broken box inside a clear bag then inside brown recyclable Amazon package. Barbie was covered in black soot stuff. I used a baby wipe to remove some of the black dirt. The arm was still dirty though. I should have returned this but was curious so I washed everything with soap. The dress, shoes and body came clean. The head however appeared slightly deformed in shape also has one pink dot on the chin and the hair shed more than a bit. I decided to use the doll body with a different doll head I had. The body on this doll has heeled feet and a peach skin tone that matches many disney doll heads. The legs are a slightly different shade... lighter but ok. The torso was a smaller busted doll torso. So I would not really recommend purchasing this doll from my experience but it became a whole interesting art project today.
