I wouldnt go without these! I have struggled with heavy periods, mood swings, PCOS, fatigure,and infertilly for more of my life than not. These supplements are life changing. I love what Dr. B has to say and what she is foing for the women out there and theire hormonal issues. Theses have changed my period, mood swings and fatigure and I just feel like myself again. I have been using them for years directly through her website and such an added bonus to have on Amazon.

Very good product
I have been using this product for almost a month. I’m not quite done with my bottle yet, but I do see change in my digestive track. I feel better. I sleep good no bloating. I will continue to buy this product.

Easy to swallow capsules
These Dr. Brighten Myoinositol Plus capsules are easy to swallow. I didn't realize that this supplement had other stuff in it besides myoinositol but it also contains Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Chromium, Inositol, Fenugreek Seed Extract, Spearmint Leaf, Nettle Root Extract, and Green Tea Leaf Extract. I'm not bothered by any of them though. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused me any adverse reactions while taking them but the fenugreek makes my skin give off an odor.

Caused night sweats and delayed my period which had been pretty normal. If your cycle is regular this will throw it off. Not sure I should have been taking this.

Did not care for this Myoinositol Plus supplement
I did not care for this Myoinositol Plus Supplement. I noticed an increase in night sweats and other unpleasant side effects when taking this supplement. It was not for me, but it might work for others. I decided to discontinue use of the supplement due to the side effects.
