I’ve been having issues with tight Achilles and more recently, plantar fasciitis. I heard some people raving about this on a podcast, so I decided to give it a try. This rocker seems to stretch everything well and is easy to use. Anxious to see if it can help alleviate my issues with more use. Definitely glad I got this.

I first used a tool like this while I was in physical therapy. The double rocker does a fantastic job of allowing for a deep stretch of calf muscles and hamstrings. I love how you can stretch both legs at the same time. Would highly recommend if you have tight legs.

I am able to stretch my calves and hamstrings with this device. I have knee problems and this has helped me to stretch without hurting my knees.
