No there is not but you can disable mic in ps4 system settings.

Is camera better than the other camera for ps4?

The older rectangular version had a pivot built into the side which made it easier to stand and adjust. Go for what works with your setup. This version has the cable come out the centre, with some having a weighted stand to allow to cylinder to sit atop a TV quite nicely.
