To make a perfect creamy shake: 1. add 8-10 oz cold water to a blender 2. add 2 scoops of powder 3. add ice if preferred 4. blend for 30 seconds If you use shaker cup, follow the same steps without adding ice, shake for 45 seconds. You can definitely add milk if you like to.

Fullness varies somewhat. I have learned that if famished, a shake won't fill me up, and at best it will help me not eat for a couple of hours. But that's just me, perhaps. I recommend not to wait until you are starving for your shake if you are using it as a meal replacement. I think it is a very good product; as good as Ka'Chava for half the price. The bags don't seal as they should, however, as stated in the reviews.
