The product itself, 2 bottles mirin is what I ordered, but somewhere between ordering & receiving the shipment it became a bit of a guessing game on what actual date I would get the shipment.Unusual but reliable so I have no complaints. (strictly regarding transit time)Mirin is something I like to have on hand, & the variety of uses makes it very much a staple for anything from marinades to seasoning & gives sauces & gravy a smooth glossy appearance.
