These are a bit strange to use; fiddly, not really hidden so you can see that your top button is not done up, and definitely don't look as smart as wearing a shirt with a collar that fits. Having said that they do the job and look better than having a collar that won't do up.

These are absolutely fantastic little gizmos for extending the collar. I always used to use elastic bands, which invariably broke. I'm so glad I found these little beauties. The tongue in cheek retro packaging is brilliant, with instructions on how to use the extenders. This has all been very well thought out. Six of the extenders, and two of each black, white and clear studs. There is a glossy A4 sheet included with full instructions on how to tie several different tie knots. Brilliant.

Bought these for my husband as he was having a little difficulty breathing when his shirt collar was buttoned up. They work fairly well however a bigger knot in his tie is now required but that's not really an issue as the supplier has kindly provided instructions on how to achieve this in the packet along with the 'unstranglers' which come in 3 different colours.Very handy things to have.

My husband has found this collar extender very helpful. It is easy to use and is hidden by the tie.

hard enough to put on and a little too much movement, just could not get it to sit right with a tie. not for me.

A bit cumbersome for my liking. They did the job of opening up the collar but 'too much' so i found the little extended button type work better for me.

I was due to attend a wedding and found that my existing white shirts were about a half size too small. I bought a new shirt and a pack of 'Unstrangler' so that I had back-up shirts. The collar extenders worked very well indeed. I have used them about a dozen times since and consider them an invaluable addition to my wardrobe accessories.
