This is an excellent camera, good quality image and many adjustable features so that you can configure it just the way you want it. We use it to livestream our church services using OBS, with which it works perfectly, so much so that we have bought another one to expand our system!

After watching reviews on YouTube of this AVKANS NDI PTZ Camera I decided to give it a try. I used it for about 6 months and really like how easy it was to setup. After 6 months I ordered my second camera and now I ordered a 3rd camera. The AVKANS 20X NDI PTZ Camera with HDMI, SDI, USB camera is very impressive! It performs well in low-light conditions. The Pan-Tilt-Zoom feature is buttery smooth, giving you total control. Plus, the 1080p resolution is just right for high-quality videos. Setting it up straight forward and the AVKANS training video walks you through the steps with ease. The camera is built well and packed with features. This AVKANS PTZ camera is great for the price. I use these cameras for mostly with a TriCaster video switcher for Conference Presentations. OBS detected this NDI camera which offers very low latency with 1060P at 60 frames. I had a couple questions about updating the Firmware and NDI configuration and ANKANS replied quickly with a firmware link and instructions. AVKANS support was very responsive for me by email. I'm very pleased with my purchase and customer support should you need it. I would definitely purchase this PTZ Camera again knowing that they have great customer service. Upon receiving the product and setting it up, I struggled to get my computer to recognthe camera. I emailed avkans and they helped me out right away. Jenny was super helpful and fixed my issue very quickly.

I bought the Avkans AV4KN along with the Avkans Power Joy controller for a multi-cam NDI workflow in church and retail environments. The camera delivers crisp image quality, smooth PTZ control, and integrates well with ProPresenter, ATEM Mini Pro, and joystick setups. The Power Joy adds solid tactile control and makes switching angles and presets seamless—great fit for live worship. Setup videos were provided, but I ended up relying on AJAY (the CEO) for direct guidance. His support was clear, responsive, and helped me get the camera dialed in quickly. However, I still have not received the free NDI license that was advertised. Support asked for my order number and model, which I provided, but I'm still waiting. This delay has held up full integration into my NDI workflow, which is frustrating given the camera's advertised capabilities. If I do not receive the license soon, I will be returning the product. NDI functionality was a key reason for this purchase, and without it, the camera does not meet the operational needs I bought it for. Update: Avkans contacted me and resolved the issue.
