Warm, spicy and satisfyingly sweet.
This inexpensive, perfume really impressed me. With cheap perfumes you do need to wait a little longer for the dry down. The perfume is sharp at first spray. But once the alcohol smell dissipates you are left with a warm, spicy and satisfyingly sweet scent. It isn't sickly sweet, it smells expensive. It most definitely resembles the original 1980s Chanel Coco fragrance. I have read a couple of reviews which say it is nothing like Coco, but it is! Of course it lacks some of the depth and it doesn't last as long, after all it only costs £5.00.This has a spray which releases a good amount of perfume. It continues to spray for a second after you release the spray. So be mindful of this. I think it is a good thing as probably need a bit more than usual for the best result.I have nothing bad to say about this perfume. It is brilliant value for money, is surprisingly decadent and I received it a day early which was a bonus.

It's growing on me.
This is definitely a very grown up fragrance! I wasn't sure that I would like it as I'm not a spicy perfume lover, but I have to say that after only about 20 minutes of wearing Tutu I'm in love with it. I've never, to my shame, tried the original Coco Chanel so can't compare the two, but I can well imagine the similarities. As is usual for me, I really don't like the initial spray of any perfume, so allowing this one time to settle was good. The overall smell for me is a spicy clove smell with some citrus overtones that are very orangey. For a split second I swear I got a waft of garlic, so I'm not sure what that might have been, but I haven't smelt it since!! Despite the spiciness though, it isn't heavy and remains quite a fresh scent. It is also quite powdery, which I love in a perfume and is probably why Chanel No 5 (or the Milton Lloyd dupe, Vogue) is my favourite perfume. I can even draw similarities between Tutu and Vogue, but I suppose that's not totally surprising all things considered.Tutu is definitely growing on me and if I want a sophisticated, expensive smelling perfume then this will most certainly be one for me to consider buying again. You can't go wrong with Milton Lloyd perfumes, and they give you the opportunity to try something different without blowing ridiculous amounts of money.

Very similar smell
People have commented on good fragrance but it can be very strong when first applied

Great Alternative!
I purchased this as it smells very similar to an iconic fragrance that I adore! It's a much cheaper alternative and it is also cruelty free which is a big incentive. I agree that the nozel for the spray tends to spritz the fragrance rather quickly and forcefully, however, the scent itself is very good and once you get the hang on the nozel it isn't an issue. The scent does fade quicker than the original, however taking the price point into consideration I am very happy overall and will definitely repurchase in the future!

If you are looking for something that smells like Chanel Coco buy Chanel Coco.
Previous reviewers likened this fragrance to Chanel Coco and that is why I ordered it. When I opened the box on arrival the liquid wasn’t the nice light colour shown in the product photo rather it was a colour which looked more like a sample you would hand in to your GP for testing. I am very familiar with Coco and what I received is nothing like Coco. I wasn’t expecting a full on copy of Coco just something reminiscent of that spectacular scent. The smell is very unpleasant and reminds me of something found that was tucked away in an old handbag for a long time and that all of the scent had evaporated and all that was left was an overpowering and unpleasant funky smelling liquid. One positive point is that for a fiver the quantity is excellent, shame about the quality.

Smells like too old person
This one really wasn't for me. I'm 40 but this smells like an older lady perfume. I'll use it as a room spray buts it not a patch on stars or American pink by ML.

Smells lovely lasts longer than the others.
I bought a few different scents from this company for presents but I didn’t like that they not sealed & not filled up so looks like I have used them so Decided to experiment with them to see which one I liked best.Took it to work and two colleagues liked it a lot.Apparently it smells like coco Chanel & this one is a stronger scent at first so lasts longer than the others last about 6hrs and longer on clothes.

It really is a pretty good dupe.
This is as near as dammit to the french perfume (sounds like cocoa, saying this for copyright reasons!) which has been my favourite for years. It's not absolutely indentical of course, but you'd be hard put to tell the difference - I asked my husband what he thought of this new perfume, he thought it was the usual one I wear. Not identical, as I say. But then neither was the most recent bottle of the french juice, compared to previous bottles. Apparently it's been reformulated, for the worse , as have many classic perfumes from yesteryear, my beloved Diorella has suffered the same fate - dedicated perfumista are tracking down vintage stuff on ebay. So, this dupe is pretty good. Doesn't have the same intensity and depth of the (vintage) eau de parfum, but I'm not going to pay £90 plus for the reformulated stuff. I'm sad it's gone this way, but there it is. Tutu is a very fair price for a good copy that hits the spot, and my husband can't tell the difference
